The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Community manages Covestro’s financial processes, legal services and IT solutions to the company as a whole. The Covestro Direct Store is provided as a digital sales channel through Asellion B.V. located in Amsterdam, a 100% subsidiary of Covestro.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the frontend development, design and maintain the frontend architecture and ensure the frontend performance.
  • You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the frontend code as well as ensuring browser compatibility.
  • Furthermore, you will test and review the codes and ensure the correct modularization of the code.
  • You will actively work with UI/UX to refine the design prior to implementation.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • You have a university degree in computer science or comparable education.
  • Additionally, you have experience with Angular framework, Angular.js, JavaScript, Redux, HTML with SCSS/CSS, TypeScript, AWS Cloud Hosting, Gitlab Deployment.
  • You have successfully performed similar roles in the past.
  • Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills that allow you to quickly understand complex content.
  • You live the agile culture and are comfortable with development approaches (SCRUM).
